WINTER HAMFEST INFORMATION

November 26 is fast approaching. We will be looking for volunteers to place address labels on 3000 flyers between now and the next meeting. We may finish these at the eating meeting, as we hope to put these in the mail during the first week of October. We need prizes! Please check around area businesses and ask them to donate items of general or electronic/computer interest. E.A.R.S. will promote these area businesses at the hamfest in exchange. We will need people to sign up for the following positions: setup assistance crew, talk-in, ticket sales, door guard, and clean-up crew. The setup shift is from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Clean up is from 2 p.m. until completion (last year 3:30). All other positions are available in 2 hour blocks (8-10, 10-12, 12-2). Please let Neil know where and when you would like to work. We already have several tables reserved! If you want one, please get your request in soon! More tables will be added since we sold out last year, but we are expecting a record attendance.
